1. Each applicant may apply for up to four admission tickets for each visiting timeslot. Children aged 3 or below do not require a ticket if accompanied by an adult.
2. Applicants must provide a valid email address for registration. If an applicant submits multiple applications using the same email address, only the most recent submission will be accepted by the Museum.
3. If the number of applications exceeds the quota, tickets will be allocated by computer ballot. Successful applicants will receive a QR code admission ticket via email on or before 3 November 2025.
4. If an applicant wishes to change the selected timeslot after submission, please register again using the same email address. The original application will be cancelled. However, the Museum does not guarantee admission.
5. Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by an adult.
6. Admission tickets must not be resold or used for any commercial purpose.
7. Participants must present a valid QR code admission ticket before the event and, upon request, show the valid ticket to staff.
8. Participants must not bring any glassware or other dangerous items into the venue. Staff may inspect personal belongings of persons entering the venue.
9. Any person disrupting the Open Day or its activities will be required to leave.
10. Distribution of promotional materials, souvenirs, or giveaways inside the venue is prohibited without prior permission from staff.
11. Participants are responsible for their own safety and must follow the instructions of staff.
12. Eating is not permitted inside the exhibition halls at any time.
13. The Po Leung Kuk History Museum may photograph or video record the event for documentation purposes. All rights to such photos or recordings belong to the Po Leung Kuk History Museum. All visitors agree that the Hong Kong Observatory may use such photos or recordings taken during the Open Day for public display or promotional purposes without further notice.
14. In case of adverse weather conditions, the Hong Kong Observatory may update the event arrangements as necessary, including postponement or cancellation of the Open Day. Please check this webpage for the latest announcements.
15. Personal data provided by participants will be used solely for registration purposes and will be disposed of in due course after the event.
16. In case of disputes regarding the terms and conditions or other matters, the Po Leung Kuk History Museum reserves the right of final interpretation and decision.
17. The Po Leung Kuk Museum reserves the right to amend the above terms and conditions at any time.
